Beijing's weather is the same as everywhere else with four seasons, it has Summer, Winter, Autumn,Spring. But they are very different from other places in the world. Beijing's Summers are very long, starting in May going through to September. The temperature reaches its hottest through June to August, averaging around 32 degrees, but with being so hot the heavens open and heavy thunderstorms often hit the city. Winter begins in November and runs through to February, with temperatures rarely reaching above single figures, which means that there is a likely chance of snow and rain fall. Autumn and spring in Beijing are very similar, with Autumn being cool but not as hot as summer and Spring having winds and being dry as the temperature's starts to heat up for summer. But also with the risk of sand storms hitting the city with the winds. |
This is a graph of Beijing's weather, it shows how hot and how cold it gets, as well as the amount of rain fall.
